- For employers: organisation and contact details, and details of the staff you need.
How we use it
- To assess your application and match you with suitable training programmes, vacancies or candidates.
- To contact you about relevant opportunities, using your preferred method of contact.
- To share your details with prospective employers or training providers, only with your agreement.
- To meet our legal obligations, including right-to-work checks.
Our lawful bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in providing recruitment and training services, and compliance with legal obligations.
How we store it
Form submissions are sent securely by email to our recruitment team at applications@5050recruitment.co.uk. We keep your information only for as long as needed for recruitment and training purposes, or as required by law, and then delete it securely.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email applications@5050recruitment.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
